Program Overview
How the Program Works
We operate a low-impact marketing program that educates prospects about options to tap into their accrued home equity.
- Provide us with a list of up-to 20 inactive clients that fit our prospect profile
- You receive a percentage of our broker fees for every financing we close from your contact list
Compliance
- Lead-gen compensation splits are part of our standard distribution for every transaction – There are no additional client costs or fees
- For compliance purposes you cannot receive compensation if you are the active RE agent on the same loan transaction/purchase
Compensation
There are no additional fees or costs passed on to clients
- 20% of our broker fees are distributed to the lead source (you or your brokerage)
- We charge no fees to agents when generating sales and purchase transactions
- You cannot collect a 20/20 commission split if you are the active RE agent in the transaction (see Compliance)
